Each has a role, precise access and a person who approves.

Can the assistants act without me?

They prepare, and you decide. Any action that leaves your organisation, such as sending an email, a follow-up or a payment, waits for a decision signed by a person and leaves a receipt. How much freedom an assistant has is set action by action: it can prepare on its own, ask for approval first, or act within limits set in advance. When a request goes beyond those limits, it stops and comes back to you.

What is a mini-app?

A small tool made to measure, which Comoto builds from your needs. Example: Deadlines gathers the VAT, accounts and general meeting dates of each of your companies in one view. Today we often pay a subscription for software we only use a small part of; Comoto looks at the software you use and keeps only what you need. The mini-app lives in your Comoto Enterprise OS, on your machine, with no extra subscription. You can share it with the people who have access to your space, and your assistants can use it within the permissions you grant.

All the major models. Open on your machine, or online.

Models are the engines behind AI. Comoto picks the right one for each task: on your machine, or online if you choose.

What happens when a better AI model comes out?

Your assistant does not depend on one provider. It keeps its identity, its role, its methods and its access; only the AI model behind it, its engine, can change. Today one model suits a task best; tomorrow another will be better, cheaper, faster or able to run on your own machine. Your organisation does not have to be rebuilt every time the market moves.
