Swiss-hosted AI. For SMEs.

With Comoto Enterprise OS, your organisation keeps its data, its assistants and its memory on its own machine: on your premises, or hosted for you in a data centre in Switzerland.

Two ways, one machine.

The software is the same. You choose where it runs, and you can switch.

  • On your premises

One machine per organisation, at your site. No central server gathers the data of all clients.

  • In a data centre in Switzerland

If you would rather install nothing, the same machine is hosted for you, under the same rules.

What stays with you, what may leave.

Your memory, your documents and your assistants stay on your machine. An online model only receives what you entrust to it: the transfer waits for your signature, then it is traced.

Stays on your machine

  • Your working memory
  • Your documents
  • Your assistants

Leaves with your signature

  • What you choose to entrust to an online model
  • After an authorised person decides
  • With a signed trail of every transfer

An external model, if you choose to use one, receives what you allow to be passed to it: its own rules then apply.

Why an SME cares.

Three questions come up as soon as a team uses AI.

  1. 01

    Your clients’ data

If you entrust client data to an AI tool, the provider becomes your processor. Your clients must know to whom, and in which countries, their data goes.

  2. 02

    Professional secrecy

The question is: am I allowed to entrust this information to a third party? AI installed on your premises, hosting you control or the client’s written consent are the options.

  3. 03

    Your European clients

The AI Act applies to a Swiss company when its AI systems, or their outputs, are used in the European Union. A purely internal use in Switzerland is in principle outside its scope.

This page explains, it certifies nothing: Meotis claims no compliance with the FADP, the AI Act or FINMA. For a specific legal question, consult your lawyer.

Frequently asked questions.

Where is my data hosted?

On a machine dedicated to your organisation, one per organisation: on your premises or, if you would rather install nothing, hosted for you in a data centre in Switzerland. No central server gathers the data of all clients, and the main key is yours. The Security page says where each guarantee stands.

Can we use a consumer AI assistant without sending our data abroad?

That depends on what you send them. With Comoto Enterprise OS, your memory, your documents and your assistants stay on your machine. Your organisation chooses each agent’s model and sets what may be passed to it: an online model only receives what you decide to entrust to it, with the approval of an authorised person, and every transfer leaves a signed trail. What you entrust to it is then handled under its own rules. Models that compute entirely on the machine, sending nothing out, are being tested.

Do we have to install a server on our premises?

No, not necessarily. If you would rather install nothing, the same machine is hosted for you in a data centre in Switzerland. On your premises or hosted, it is one machine per organisation, running the same software, Comoto Enterprise OS. We make the choice with you, based on your project. And you do not have to do it all alone: Meotis works with you from the first meeting to installation (your machine, your tools connected, your assistants set up) and trains your teams with Meotis Academy.

What happens if I change my mind?

You can switch. On your premises or hosted in Switzerland, it is the same machine and the same software: we make the choice with you, based on your project, and it is not set in stone. To see clearly before choosing, the AI Review commits you to nothing: its plan holds with or without Meotis.

Is AI hosted in Switzerland compliant with the FADP?

Meotis claims no compliance and no certification: the page “AI and the law in Switzerland” explains, it certifies nothing. The FADP applies in every case, and hosting is only one element of it. You also need to check the contract with the provider, the retention period and training on your data, and update your privacy notice. For a specific legal question, consult your lawyer or your compliance officer.

Where do we start?

With a first 30-minute meeting, in person or by video. To see clearly first, the AI Review takes stock of how you use AI and your data, in two weeks. Then we look at one process with you, the prototype works on your documents, and we install the machine on your premises or in Switzerland, and stay by your side.
