The AI Review of your organisation.
Your teams already use AI. In two weeks, we lay it all out: which tools, which data, what the law really asks of you, and a plan for what comes next.
- Fixed price, announced at the first call
- Delivered in two weeks
- In Neuchâtel or by video
What you receive.
The inventory of your AI tools
The tools your teams already use, personal accounts included, and the tasks they serve. The map of your data
For each tool: where the data goes, who keeps it, for how long, and whether the provider trains on it.What really concerns you
FADP, the AI Act if you serve the EU, FINMA if you are supervised, professional secrecy: what already applies, what is coming, what does not concern you.Your AI use policy
One or two pages written for your organisation: which tools, for what, and the data that never goes in.Texts ready to use
The sentences to add to your privacy statement and your processor contracts, and the notice to display on a chatbot. The report and the plan
A short report, readable by management, and the first three actions in order of priority. We present it to your team.
Three steps, two weeks.
A first 30-minute call
No commitment. We see whether the Review is useful to you. If nothing concerns you, we tell you.
The inventory with your teams
A short questionnaire, two interviews (management, then one or two business teams), and a reading of each tool’s terms.
The handover
We present the report, the policy and the plan. You decide what comes next, with or without us.
Who it is for.
SMEs and organisations
Your teams use a consumer AI assistant to write, summarise, translate. You want to know what leaves, and set simple rules.
Accounting firms and professions bound by secrecy
Before the tool, one question: are you allowed to entrust this information to a third party? The Review answers it, tool by tool.
Wealth managers
FINMA expects proportionate AI governance. The Review prepares the inventory and the risk classification to show your supervisory body.
And afterwards?
The Review commits you to nothing. If it shows that your data goes where you do not want it to, Comoto Enterprise OS keeps the AI on your premises or in Switzerland: your assistants prepare, you sign.
Your questions, in plain words.
How much does the AI Review cost?
A fixed price, announced at the first call, depending on the size of your organisation. No subscription.
How much time does it take on our side?
About three hours in all: a questionnaire, two interviews and the handover session.
Do you need access to our files?
No. We look at which tools you use and their terms, not at the content of your files.
Does the Review oblige us to take Comoto?
No. The plan holds with or without Meotis.
Is it legal advice?
No. The AI Review is organisational work: inventory, rules, tools. For a specific legal question, we work with your lawyer or your compliance officer.
Meotis claims no certification or FINMA approval.
