Should this task go to AI?

Think of a specific task in your week, then answer the six questions.

  1. 1Does the task come back at least once a week?
    A rare task does not pay back the setup time.
  2. 2Can it be described in a few clear steps?
    AI follows a written method well, an intuition badly.
  3. 3Is a mistake easy to put right?
    Start where a mistake costs little.
  4. 4Can a person check the result before it goes out?
    Human review is the first safeguard.
  5. 5Can the data it needs go into an approved tool?
    If not, settle the data question first (tool 2).
  6. 6Does the task decide for a person, a payment or a commitment?
    If so, AI prepares and a human decides.
