Product Release · Real EstatePalier: the software that automates property management, covering rents, statements, and move-in/move-out inspections
Collections tracked as statements come in, automatic QR-bills, an assistant that knows your files and does nothing without your approval. A guided tour of the Real Estate division's new tool.

Managing a building means a hundred small things you cannot forget: the rents that come in, or don’t, the water leak on the second floor, the lease waiting for a signature, the service-charge statement coming due. Palier, the new tool from Meotis’s Real Estate division, brings all of it together in one place. And makes it readable at a glance, whether you are a professional property manager or the owner of a single building.
All your real estate, on one screen
On opening, Palier answers the three questions a property manager asks every morning: who has paid? what is broken? what is coming up this week? Occupancy rate, the month’s collections, repair requests sorted by urgency, the calendar of viewings and signings: the essentials fit on one page.
Green, orange, red: your rents speak
Each unit is a tile. Green: this month’s rent is paid. Orange: it arrived late. Red: it is missing, with the number of days overdue. Gray: the unit is vacant. No need to open the accounting to know where things stand: the building reads like a car’s dashboard.
The invoice that files itself
In Switzerland, everyone knows the QR-bill, the black-and-white square at the bottom of payment slips. Each month, with one click, Palier prepares the rent invoices for all your tenants, each with its QR code. When a tenant pays, the information comes back from the bank and files itself on the tenant’s record. That is what lets the tiles turn green without anyone ticking off transfer lists by hand.
You see everything. You approve everything. Palier takes care of the rest.
Ask the question, it knows your files
Palier ships with an assistant built on the agent technology developed in Neuchâtel. You talk to it naturally: “Who hasn’t paid their rent this month?”, “Which leases end this fall?”. It looks up the answer in your data, and only yours, explains it in plain language, then suggests the logical next step: sending a reminder, preparing a letter. With one rule that allows no exception: it does nothing without your approval. Every action is submitted for confirmation, to a human.
In your pocket
Palier installs like an app on your phone. Important notifications follow you: payment received, urgent request, new application.
What Palier covers
The detail, family by family. Available modules vary with the plan.
The portfolio. Dashboard and cockpit · buildings, units and floor areas · tenants and owners · analytics and valuation potential.
Accounting. Rent run and collection · accounting and bank reconciliation · creditors and payment orders · rent adjustments and debt recovery · caretaker payroll.
The building. Requests and interventions · claims and works tracking · handover reports · bookable common spaces · calendar and sync.
Third parties. Tenant portal · owner portal and management statement · online rental applications · condominium (PPE) and cooperatives · mail merge and letter templates.
And your data?
This is Meotis’s hallmark. Palier is installed on the organisation’s local infrastructure: the database, documents and operational history remain within the installation. Cloud connectors and external AI are disabled by default. Access to official Swiss public-data services is optional, explicit and logged. The assistant sees only what its user is allowed to see, and nothing goes out without human validation. Palier’s core management, accounting, document, approval and audit workflows remain available with no AI at all; when a local inference engine is configured, AI features run inside the installation, under the same human-approval and logging controls. And the Swiss specifics, from the property-management chart of accounts to statutory reminders, debt-collection proceedings, and official forms, are built in from the start, in French, German, Italian, and English.
Who is it for?
For property-management firms and institutional owners. Palier is a B2B product installed on the client’s own infrastructure, sold under an annual organisation-wide licence based on the number of units under management.

Talk to the teamTransparency: all data visible in the screenshots, including names, buildings, and amounts, is fictitious. It comes from a demonstration environment created specifically for this article; the conversation with the assistant, however, is a real execution of the product.
