AI Valley · Neuchâtel · Project

An ecosystem that thinks like a single brain.

A sovereign-AI campus on the lakeshore, and, to our knowledge, the first organized around a shared cognitive core. Target: 2027.

The idea

Today, AI startups in the same region compete with one another. AI Valley reverses that logic: a shared cognitive core, so that Neuchâtel competes with other cantons and other countries, not with itself.

How it would work
01

A shared cognitive core

Comoto OS, installed at the heart of the campus: every work session, every research effort, every lesson learned in the R&D center enriches a shared memory, hosted on site, sovereign, encrypted.

02

100 seats, not one more

Startups, researchers, and engineers join the campus with a seat: the physical infrastructure and access to the campus's Comoto OS app. The limit is deliberate: a dense core is worth more than a directory.

03

Rules written in code

Each organization keeps its own perimeter: what is shared is shared explicitly, under verifiable rules. Cooperation does not require giving up confidentiality.

04

The cognitive network effect

Every project carried out on the campus makes the core more useful to the next one. Knowledge accumulates instead of evaporating: it is the anti-silo, at the scale of an ecosystem.

The project is moving

Led by Meotis, the project is taking shape with the Neuchâtel ecosystem. This page will evolve as each milestone is reached.
